What voice commands can I use while driving?

Trucky™ supports hands-free voice commands for safety. Say 'Hey Trucky' followed by commands like 'Find nearest rest stop', 'Report traffic ahead', 'Start break timer', 'Call dispatch', or 'What's my ETA'. The AI assistant understands natural language, so you can speak normally.

Does Trucky™ work offline?

Yes, Trucky™ has offline mode for areas with poor connectivity. Before your trip, download the route maps by tapping the download icon. Core navigation and compliance tracking work offline. When you reconnect, all data syncs automatically to the cloud.

How does fuel optimization work?

Trucky™'s AI considers fuel prices along your route, your vehicle's fuel efficiency, terrain, and traffic patterns to suggest optimal fueling stops. It factors in your fuel tank capacity and suggests stops that minimize total trip cost while avoiding running low.

How do weather alerts work?

Trucky™ monitors weather conditions along your route in real-time. You'll receive push notifications about severe weather, high winds, ice warnings, or flooding. The AI can automatically suggest alternative routes or safe stopping points when dangerous conditions are detected.

How do I use the document scanner?

Tap the camera icon in the app to scan delivery documents, bills of lading, or receipts. The AI automatically extracts key information like dates, addresses, and reference numbers. Scanned documents are organized by trip and can be exported as PDFs or shared directly with dispatch.

How do I upgrade my subscription plan?

Go to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade Plan. Compare available plans and their features, then select your preferred option. Payment is processed through your app store account. Pro-rated charges apply when upgrading mid-cycle, so you only pay the difference.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription > Cancel. Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe anytime. Note: Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Check that your payment method is up to date in your app store account settings. Ensure your card hasn't expired and has sufficient funds. If using a business card, verify it's approved for app store purchases. Contact your bank if the issue persists, as some cards block recurring app payments.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests are processed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Go to your purchase history, find the Trucky™ subscription charge, and select 'Request Refund'. For billing disputes or special circumstances, contact our support team at support@aicybermedia.com.au with your account details.

How do I get an invoice or receipt?

Go to Settings > Subscription > Billing History to view and download all your invoices and receipts. You can email them directly or download as PDF. For business accounts needing custom invoicing with ABN details, contact support to set up invoice preferences.
